Christopher P. Dilorenzo
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Chris DiLorenzo is the President and Co-Founder of The James Paul Group. His company helps banks increase their profits, grow their market share, and achieve their goals by improving employee sales, customer service, leadership, and coaching skills.Chris’s philosophy is simple: If your people are more skilled than their people, you will not only create a competitive advantage for your institution, but preference from your customers as well. Chris’s focus is on driving employee performance to heights beyond even what they believed possible.
The techniques Chris employs when training are designed for immediate implementation and impact after the event. However, his real skill is in his delivery. Chris has a knack for making the most “sales challenged” bankers feel comfortable and confident when serving their customers. The training is presented in such a fun and energetic way, participants engage fully in the session – which leads to higher skill retention.
In his 38 years of working with financial institutions, Chris has assisted his clients in not only preparing their employees for today’s success, but for the future as well. His dedication to success has helped his bank clients enjoy both financial and performance rewards. His extensive background includes strategic planning, recruiting, team building, strategic account management, market and competitive analysis, product development, consulting, and training.
