J. Jerone Jackson, Principal and Co-Founder

Jerone Jackson has over 25 years of leadership experience in successfully building, developing, and managing sales organizations for increased revenues and profits.  His extensive background includes strategic planning and forecasting, recruiting, training, team building, market and competitive analysis, sales and expense budgeting and product development.

Prior to the establishment of The James Paul Group in 2001, Mr. Jackson was the Chief Sales Officer for the Miller Heiman Group, a global sales training and consulting company that is long recognized as the leader in sales processes and sales methodologies.  Before joining Miller Heiman Group, he served as Vice President of Sales for Kinko's Inc., where he built the sales organization as Kinko's expanded into the commercial documentation business.  Prior to joining Kinko's, Mr. Jackson began his sales and management career in 1978 with the John Harland Company, where he held the position of Vice President of National Accounts. 

Mr. Jackson is a CERTIFIED MILLER HEIMAN GROUP PROFESSIONAL®.
He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Chris DiLorenzo, Principal and Co-Founder

Chris DiLorenzo has over 25 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing and business development specializing in the financial services industry.  He is highly experienced in recruiting, directing and training sales teams in productive sales techniques.  His expertise in relationship building and client development helped him achieve numerous awards during his sales and management career.  His consulting expertise gives him the ability to identify niche market opportunities, conceptualize market needs and develop resource planning strategies with innovative sales and marketing skills. 

Prior to the establishment of The James Paul Group in 2001, Mr. DiLorenzo was the National Sales Manager for WebTone Technologies, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management software for the financial industry.  Before joining WebTone, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Town Services, Inc.  Mr. DiLorenzo began his sales and management career in 1981 with the John Harland Company, where he held the position of National Product Manager before joining Towne Services. 

Mr. DiLorenzo is a CERTIFIED MILLER HEIMAN GROUP PROFESSIONAL®.
He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Risk Management.  He is a former professional baseball player for the Kansas City Royals organization.

Connie West, Regional Vice President
With 20+ years of experience in strategic database marketing, consulting, plan development and implementation in the financial services industry, Connie is experienced at developing individuals and teams with an emphasis on driving results for profits.  Her consulting expertise allows her to create programs that drive revenue through measurable customer acquisition and maximization. Connie believes that competence breeds confidence and has been very successful coaching “sales challenged” employees to feel more comfortable and confident when serving their customers.  The training is presented in such a fun and energetic way, participants engage fully in the session – which leads to higher skill retention. 
 
Prior to joining The James Paul Group, Ms. West served in various capacities within the financial services industry. She has been a Senior District Sales Executive with Main Street Checks, a Regional Sales Manager with Marquis, a Database Marketing Consultant with Harland Clarke and a bank Marketing Officer with United National Bank. She has also been a frequent industry speaker and instructor with the American Institute of Banking.
Connie is a graduate of the Ohio State University and Kent State University with degrees in management and marketing.
